2006 Emma Shiraz
The 2006 Emma Shiraz is a softer style of Shiraz, matured in predominantly French oak. It is a favourite with our customers, and available in many Goulburn Restaurants. It has blackberry fruit aromas, with delicate vanilla overtones and a soft finish on the palate. A hint of nutmeg and pepper show its cool climate origins. Enjoy this wine by itself or with your favourite lamb or veal.
2009 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc
This wine demonstrates the full flavours that
can be attained with cool climate wines. The nose has pronounced tropical
fruit and on the palate there is the additional zest of lime. The Semillon
and Sauvignon Blanc complement each other perfectly. The Semillon adds length
and depth to the mid palate, while the Sauvignon Blanc adds freshness.
