Apricot Liqueur Wine
Sweet and sticky with a pronounced apricot flavour.  Fortified after steeping apricots in a Semillon wine base. Delicious with fruit salad, pavlova and pound cake. Sold in 375ml bottles. 19% Alcohol.  

2008 Rosé
A vibrant fuchsia colour, this wine was made from early picked Shiraz. It was briefly left on the skins and cool fermented.  It has a pronounced nose of cranberries and strawberry confectionary. Ideal with summer lunches,  pasta, pizza or Thai food. Serve chilled. Bronze medals at the National Cool Climate Wines Show, and the 2008 Australian Small Winemakers Show.

2006 Rosé
A light coloured Rosé with pronounced floral aromas and some residual sweetness. Drink iced with summer lunches or with pre dinner appetisers.
