2006 Emma Shiraz
The Emma Shiraz has been made in the softer European "Syrah" style of wine. Matured in predominantly French oak, it has blackberry fruit aromas, with delicate vanilla overtones, and a soft finish on the palate. A hint of nutmeg and pepper show its cool climate origins. Enjoy this wine by itself or with your favourite lamb or veal.

2005 Victotria Shiraz
Our Victoria Shiraz is a great example of a cool climate red showing pepper characteristics which have increased with age. There is pronounced blackberry fruit complemented by integrated American oak tannins. It has cigar box aromas and chocolate and liquorice characters on the palate. Best drunk with red meat dishes.

2006 Merlot Malbec
The Merlot Malbec is a well balanced, multi-faceted wine made from a blend of two traditional Bordeaux grapes. It has rich plum fruit aromas, with subtle clove spice and cigar and olive accents. Complex fruit tannins are enhanced by the Malbec grapes and maturation in American and French oak. Perfect with venison, and try it with mutton.
