We produce a range of wines made from Shiraz, Merlot, Malbec, Semillon, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc Grapes.  Our 2005 and 2006 Emma Shiraz have sold out and from January 2011 we will be delivering the 2008 Vintage. Like the earlier versions, it is soft on the palate with blackberry fruit, and vanilla and pepper accents. A very popular wine.

Reds

We make two different Shiraz styles amd a Merlot/Malbec blend.

Whites

The whites include varietals as well as a very popular blend of the three white grapes. This blend achieved two bronze medals in 2005, and has done so againin 2008.

Other

We have two Rose wines available, and we are particularly pleased with the 2008 Rose, which has a pronounced cranberry/strawberry confectionary nose. Two bronze medals show that we are not the only ones to like it.

We also produce liqueur wines made by fortifying our white wine after infusing it with fresh fruit.
